Grind Onion and Green Chili into fine Paste. Add asefoetide, salt, curd with the ground paste. Mix this with the other ingredients in a vessel by adding little by little water until it’s ready with dosa consistency without making lump.

Pour this in dosa pan. Turn both the sides and serve hot.
Tips :
- Sieving the flour, not adding all water at a time, would help not making lumps while mixing.
(*) Onion Chutney is a nice combo for this.

I tried it. Its very nice. Cups – which size? i have added 3 chillies. Even though it became very hot. May be confusion in the cups i think. i have used small cups and i got 6 dosas(size – same as in the above picture).
