  • Ragi Flour - 2 cups
  • Rice Flour - 1 cup
  • Small Onion - 4 or
  • Big Onion - ½ no
  • Green Chili - 2 nos
  • Asefoetida - ⅛ spoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Butter Milk or Curd - ¼ cup
  1. Grind onion and green chili to fine paste. Add asefoetide, salt, curd with the ground paste. Mix this with the other ingredients in a vessel by adding little by little water until it's ready with dosa consistency without making lump.
  1. Pour this in the dosa pan. Turn both the sides and serve hot.
  1. Sieving the flour and adding water little by little, would help not making lumps while mixing.

(*) Onion Chutney is a nice combo for this.
