How to make Curd in US
Making Curd differs from one to another person. I found the following is the better way to make Curd in US. This makes a tasty thayir at home.

Ingredients :
Milk 2 cups
Kroger Organic Curd / Desi Curd 1 tsp
Directions:
  1. Step 1

Boil the Milk in a vessel. Let it cool down and when the milk is bearable hot, add one spoon of organic curd (get organic curd from Kroger or desi curd which you get in Indian stores). Do not put more curd as it might become sour soon.

  2. Step 2

Warm the Conventional Oven for few min and switch off. Keep the mix in Conventional Oven overnight. A thick curd wuld be ready when opened next day morning with slight sweet in taste.

Tips :
  • To get a thick curd, use whole milk. But I used 2% milk, it also gives good thick Curd.
