Came across your site today while i was looking for Veg Kurma recipe. I tried that and it really came out good. I love prawns. Apparently my husband is allergic to seafood (except fish) so i don’t cook seafood (except fish fry)at all. Never though i fulfill all my desire when i go to my hometown Mangalore (A Seafood city). I eat almost soo much that i will dare to touch any seafood for atleast 2 months once i’m back to home. Now looking at the pics u posted i bet i will go mad by tomorrow morning.. Have high time craving to eat it right away.. Damn its 11 PM here and i’m down with fever.
Anyway thanks for sharing the recipes and you are doing Awesome Job..
Good luck..

Shikha, any brand should work. I used Sriracha red chili sauce.
