When I was searching for some recipes for shrimp masala, I came across this from Vahrehvah. This tastes really good and I like it. Not much of work and anyone can prepare very easily.

When ever my family go out on a small trip, the first thing come to mind when packing food is lemon rice. I like lemon rice along with lemon pickle. This was my fav lunch box meal when I was in school.
Fish Fry ( less Oil ) / Meen varuval
This recipe is pan fried rather than usual deep fried in oil. I love fish, I can take it every day. It’s rich in protein and no cholesterol what else do we want. For this recipe marinate fish with masala and fry in a pan.
Fenugreek Leaves Chapati / Vendhaya Keerai Chapati ( Methi leaves)
Fenugreek has lot of medical values. It has a bitter taste when cooked and eaten like other spinaches. Adding with our other normal recipes enhances the taste as well as more healthy to our body.
