Pav Bhaji
A perfect evening time snack, well some people have it for breakfast or dinner also. This is very easy to prepare, not of much ingredients and yet nothing can beat it’s taste. This one required Pav Bhaji masala which is available in any Indian stores, without that you cannot get the restaurant taste.

Ingredients :
Carrot 2 nos
Beans 10 nos
Cauliflower 1/2
Potato 2 ( Medium )
Butter 4 tsp
Asafoetida 1/8 tsp
Big Onion 2 no
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato 2 no
Green Capsicum 1/2 no
Green Peas 1/2 Cup
Pav Bhaji Masala 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves 10 tbsp
Burger Bread rolls 4 no
Directions:

Masala Prep:

  1. Step 1

    Pressure cook Carrot, Beans, Cauliflower, Potato for 3 whistles and mash it using potato masher.

  2. Step 2

    In a pan add butter, Asafoetida, Onion and fry till onion turns golden brown. Add Ginger Garlic Paste. Fry till the raw smell leaves. Add Tomato and cook well till it becomes gravy.

  3. Step 3

    Add Capsicum and Green Peas and fry 2 min. Add the mashed vegetable mix. Add the Pav Bhaji Masala and salt. Mix well and allow it to cook for 10 min. Add Coriander Leaves at the end.

Bread Prep :

  1. Step 1

    Heat a dosa pan, place some butter and toast the sides of the bread. Remove it when it becomes light brown color on both the sides.

Tips :
  • Don’t add too much potato and it spoils the taste.

(*) Serve this with raw onion and lemon squeeze. A good evening indian snack.
