Chettinad Chicken Curry

Chicken chettinadu is a very famous dish from tamilnadu. When I was working, we used to go to Ponnusamy restaurant almost every alternate weekend to have this along with the biriyani. It’s prepared with lots of aromatic spices which makes this dish unique.

Mint Coriander Chicken Curry / Pudhina Kothamali Chicken

When I went to one of my friend’s house, they prepared this gravy for dinner. Oh man !! I really fell in love with that since then. It’s been yrs since I prepared, so I don’t remember the recipe exactly. Each time I prepare this, I try to get to the original. Am trying still, when I get it exactly, I will update this post with the additional details.

Fish Fry ( less Oil ) / Meen varuval

This recipe is pan fried rather than usual deep fried in oil.  I love fish, I can take it every day.  It’s rich in protein and no cholesterol what  else do we want.  For this recipe marinate fish with masala and fry in a pan.
