When I went to one of my friend’s house, they prepared this gravy for dinner. Oh man !! I really fell in love with that since then. It’s been yrs since I prepared, so I don’t remember the recipe exactly. Each time I prepare this, I try to get to the original. This recipe is pan fried rather than usual deep fried in oil. I love fish, I can take it every day. It’s rich in protein and no cholesterol what else do we want. For this recipe marinate fish with masala and fry in a pan.
Fenugreek Leaves Chapati / Vendhaya Keerai Chapati ( Methi leaves)
Fenugreek has lot of medical values. It has a bitter taste when cooked and eaten like other spinaches. Adding with our other normal recipes enhances the taste as well as more healthy to our body.
