Rava Kesari is a famous sweet and can be served as Hot or Cold. Mostly these sweet would be present in any small functions at our houses. It’s very easy to prepare and yet tastes good. Adding milk enhances the richness of it. Since milk is added it comes in yellowish color. If you are so particular about the color add more Orange food color.

Pulaos are famous north indian rice dishes. Muttaicose is one of our fav Vegetables. At any time they will be available at my fridge. I got this recipe from my Mother-in law,tried for a small party and it was a super hit. A mild rice with any gravy of veg or non-veg would be a best combination for this. My rice was mashed up a little bit coz of excess water added while cooking.
Bitter Gourd Fry / Pavakai Varuval

Channa Pulao / Pattani Pulav ( Chole Pulao )
Channa Pulao tastes really good and a nice meal for any parties or potluck with small crowd. The rice fried in ghee and cooked with fresh tomato puree adds the taste.
Fenugreek Leaves Chapati / Vendhaya Keerai Chapati ( Methi leaves)
Fenugreek has lot of medical values. It has a bitter taste when cooked and eaten like other spinaches. Adding with our other normal recipes enhances the taste as well as more healthy to our body.

Who doesn’t like carrot halwa. I prefer cooking it in milk, ghee. It tastes heavenly and rich.
