Paasi Paruppu Payasam (Moong Dal Payasam)

I have been thinking to make something mild and sweet for evening and got remained of this.

Servings: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup - Paasi Paruppu / Moong Dal
- 1 cup - Milk
- 3/4 - Sugar
- 1 cup - Water
- 1 teaspoon - Ghee
- 10 counts - Cashew nut
- 10 counts - Raisins
- 1 teaspoon - Cardamom / Elaichi powder
Directions
- Step 1Soak Moong dhal in water for 30 min and wash it threoughly. Cook dhal with milk and water in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles. After the pressure is released mash the dhal.
- Step 2Fry the cashews and raisins in ghee. Now add the dhal, cardamom powder and alow it to boil for 2-3 min.
- If it's too thich add some more water.

But I don't add Curry masala,Garam Masala and Ginger. Nice Click too..
