Corn snack

Easy and fast to make snack when you have to treat surprising guests at home.

Servings: 3 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 packet Corn kernels
  • 2 teaspoons All purpose flour
  • 1 count Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 pinch Salt
Directions
  1. Step 1
    Beat the egg and add all the ingredients together such that the corn is well coated.
  2. Step 2
    Heat oil and shallow fry the corn kernels. Fry them till they turn golden brown. Stir often.
  3. Step 3
    Serve with chopped onion & sprinkle few spring onion leaves.
