Hi shashi, i too from Erode.I tried ur Kadai Chicken, Chettinad Chicken Gravy and Hotel Vegetable Kurma. They came out very well. Exactly as in pic… Taste was awesome. So delicious. My hubby loved all 3 receipes a lot… Thanks for the receipes.. Today i planned to make Green Peas Shabzi – Dhaba Style…
I have a Question… Can u pls tell me which Garam Masala and Chat Masala will be good in taste when added to receipes.. I use Sakthi Masala . But dont get a better taste in receipes.

    • Sashi says:

Glad to meet you Shamshath. Hope you enjoyed them as well.
I usually use Sakthi Masala coz it doesn’t have strong masala taste if by chance added more. For north indian recipes you can use MDH or some other masala which has strong smell. or check online for making of Garam Masala at home, it would give you very strong taste too. Try it out and let me know which one you liked.

“When preparing paneer at home, do not throw the drained water. When you are preparing wheat flour for chapathi, use it. It would help the chapathi to be softer.”
