Hi sashi, I made the chocolate yesterday and It came out really good. Exactly I followed your directions. I forgot to mention I added 1/2 tsp of instant coffee powder while preparing the syrup so it tasted like capachino chocolate. Thank's for the recipe. Saved one for you :-) you need to taste it...

Sumi, thanks for the comments. It might be coz it's not hot enough to mix with Cocoa powder and Sugar or may be due to milk powder and sugar powder consistency. Sometimes it might take 2-3 attempts to get it right. Good Luck.

Thats nice Sandhya. I dont have any idea on usage of Solid Cocoa. Probably, if you could powder it, it's easy to mix. I dont know abt the cost, since I had all the ingredients at home in hand. Hope you prepared it and liked too.

Hi Anu, was busy with some other stuffs, Couldn't respond to u on time. Here's what might have gone wrong.
Cocoa powder gives the chocolate taste. Try adding little more cocoa powder.
After adding the butter and it should melt completely before u start adding the other dry ingredients. yes, the mixture would become thick as u add the other items.
Keep it in refrigerator for some more time if it's not dry. I followed the exact same recipe and I got it to the consistency in the picture.
Here's the measuring cups I use http://www.sashirecipes.com/my-kitchen, u can use something similar to this.
Hope this helps, else let me know will check for alternatives !!!
