Ingredients
  • Big Onion - 1
  • Green Chilli - 2
  • Coriander Leaves - ¼ cup
  • Carrot - 1
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Yogurt - 5 tbsp
Instructions
PREP:
  1. Chop Onion into very small pieces and rinse in water. Chop Green Chili, Coriander Leaves into very small. Grate the carrot.
  2. Mix all the above very well and add some water if required.
TIPS:
  1. Tomato, Cucumber can also be added.
  2. Soak Onion in water for 10 min and then mix with curd.
