In a pan add oil,bitter gourd and salt. Cook this for about 20 min in a medium flame.Stir often and do not fry them crispy. Add Sambar powder, ghee and fry for 5 min in a slow flame.
TIPS:
Adding Ghee reduces the bitter taste and this tastes really good.
Cook them soft it really blends with white rice.
