Ingredients
  • Butter - 4 tsp
  • Asafoetida - ⅛ tsp
  • Big Onion - 2 no
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1½ tsp
  • Tomato - 2 no
  • Green Capsicum - ½ no
  • Frozen Green Peas - ½ Cup
  • Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 10 tbsp
  • Burger Bread rolls - 4 no
To Pressure Cook:
  • Carrot - 2 nos
  • Beans - 10 nos
  • Cauliflower - ½
  • Potato - 2 ( Medium )
Instructions
PREP:
Masala Prep:
  1. Pressure cook Carrot, Beans, Cauliflower, Potato for 3 whistles and mash it using potato masher.
COOKING:
  1. In a pan add butter, Asafoetida, Onion and fry till onion turns golden brown. Add Ginger Garlic Paste. Fry till the raw smell leaves. Add Tomato and cook well till it becomes gravy.
  2. Add Capsicum and Frozen Green Peas( if fresh one pressure cook it until it's cooked before adding) and fry 2 min. Add the mashed vegetable mix. Add the Pav Bhaji Masala and salt. Mix well and allow it to cook for 10 min. Add Coriander Leaves at the end.
Bread Prep :
  1. Heat a dosa pan, place some butter and toast the sides of the bread. Remove it when it becomes light brown color on both the sides.
TIPS:
  1. Don't add many potato by mistake, it spoils the taste.
